New Year's will be here soon and the tugs will be converging on the Petaluma Turning Basin for the traditional SFBANTA New Year's in Petaluma celebration. This is a low-key, no rush, great dining and fun event. For more information, click here.
The 2011 Nordic Tug Rendezvous can be seen in a short video by clicking here. Plans are being made for the 2012 Rendezvous, to be held at the Pittsburg Marina May 17th to 20th, 2012. Save the dates!
On a recent cruise accross San Pablo Bay, the Three Jeans developed a severe fuel leak in a hose on its Cummins 6BT engine. The hose that leaked was a Cummins hose as installed on the engine by Cummins and might be a common point of failure on all 6BT engines. Check out this description of the failure and fix by clicking here. Then take a look at your engine!
