The Damaged Hose
The Fix
Starboard Side - 3/4" id Hose and ny-ties at all chafe areas, especially where the original hose rubs against the engine oil pan.  The new hose (black) was routed in a way that it avoids this contact area.
Port Side - 3/4" id Hose and many ny-ties at all chafe areas.
Bottom view of the original hoses - in contact with the oil pan without any chafe protection!

Serious damage 42" from the injector pump, 18" from the fuel filter.  Worn down to the braid by chafing against the engine oil pan.
The hose chafing 18" from the oil filter actually caused wear to the oil pan!
Another Damaged area, 17" from the injector pump.  Although this doesn't appear as serious as other areas, it is a cut and where the failure occurred.
Minor abrasions, 25" from the injector pump.
Damaged areas 11" from the injector pump.  The left damaged area is not of a serious nature but the right damaged area is near failure - the braid has been exposed and shows signs of wear.
Damaged area 17" from the injector pump.  Not a serious concern since the more serious damaged areas would fail sooner.

This is a general photo of the area where the leak occured.  I had to cut the existing ny-ties in order to attempt a quick repair.
